Chief Executive Officer - Keri McFadden, CA
As CEO, Keri is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Institute and for providing oversight and direction to the team. The strategic directions for the Institute are developed by Council and Keri is responsible for developing and implementing the programs and processes to achieve those goals. She also acts as chief spokesperson for the Institute.

Director of Member Services - Shelley Thiel, FCA
Shelley provides advisory and consultation services to members regarding bylaws and standards. In addition, she manages the members' services programs, including the organizing of all professional development courses. Shelley is also responsible for student recruitment activities of the profession and promotes the benefits of a career as a CA to prospective students at various Career Days.

Director of Regulatory Affairs – William Hill, FCA, CMA
Bill is responsible for the Regulatory Affair of the Institute as support to the Professional Conduct, Discipline, Fees & Services Review, Practice Appraisal and Bylaws Committee and the registration area for Members and firms.

Director of Practice Appraisal - Gary Erickson, FCA
Gary is responsible for the inspection of public practice offices in the province.

Associate Director - Leigha Hubick, CA
Leigha is working with Gary on the inspectioins of public practice offices. Leigha will also be looking after data compliance with regards to the member and firm data held by the Institute.

Executive Assistant/Communications Coordinator - Sue James
Sue performs administrative duties for the CEO and is responsible for member communications, including the development of the bi-monthly newsletter Horizons. She also provides advertising and public and media relations counsel to the Chief Executive Officer.

Membership & Registration Assistant - Michelle Reimer
Michelle works with the Director of Regulatory Affairs to maintain the registration area for members and firms. She is responsible for maintaining the Membership Database and provides IT support to the whole team. She also organizes all of the special events including Convocation, Conference/AGM, the Member Recognition Dinner and member lunches.

Member Services Assistant - Rhonda Day
Rhonda is responsible for the PD course arrangements including facilities, equipment, course materials, and member registrations. She maintains continuing professional development records and handles members’ PD inquiries.

Lisa performs administrative duties for the Director of Regulatory Affairs as well as committee administration for the Regulatory Committees.

Administrative Assistant – Rhonda Day
Rhonda is the friendly voice that you hear when you call the office. She is responsible for maintaining the member and firm files, including new member or firm registrations. Rhonda assists the Director of Practice Appraisal and Regulatory Affairs with the administrative area of Practice Appraisal.
